Assistance with daily Tasks/Shared Living focuses on developing and enchanting domestic skills that allow clients to live autonomously. It can also be delivered within shared living such as units or host family arrangement.

Assistance with travel/transport arrangements

Infinity Support Healthcare participants to build their capacity to travel independently by providing transportation assistance.

Development of daily living and life skills

We will support you achieve your goals to develop your independence, confidence and everyday life skills so that you can make the most of your life.

Gardening and Yard Maintenance

If having a disability makes it difficult for you to maintain your garden or manage tasks around your yard, you can pay for these services with your NDIS funding
